At Psychologist Vietnam, we are committed to providing high quality psychology courses to support your personal and professional development. We believe in the quality of our services and always strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we also understand that sometimes the service may not fully meet your expectations. To ensure customer satisfaction, we apply clear and fair refund policy. Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3\u20134 business days from the time of receipt of the request. Please allow time for the funds to be transferred same Vietnamese bank account that you used to make the initial payment.<\/p>

We strive to ensure that all students have a positive learning experience. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the course or refund conditions, please contact us. Refund requests will only be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>

1. Refund request period:<\/strong><\/h4>

\u2022 Students must submit refund requests within 48 hours of payment.<\/p>

\u2022 Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.<\/p>

2. Refund conditions for each course:<\/strong><\/h4>

\u2022 Basic Psychology Course: Refunds are available if request is submitted before the start of Lesson 4.<\/p>

\u2022 Teaching Classes: Refunds are available if the request is submitted within 24 hours of attending the first lesson with the instructor.<\/p>

3. Refund method:<\/strong><\/h4>

\u2022 Log into your account and fill in the form at the bottom of the page.<\/p>

\u2022 Refunds can only be transferred to Vietnamese bank accounts.<\/p>

\u2022 The account receiving the refund must be the account used to make the original payment.<\/p>

\u2022 User may be contacted\/called to confirm refund.<\/p>

4. Refund amount:<\/strong><\/h4>

\u2022 The refund amount is equivalent to the tuition fee originally paid.<\/p>

\u2022 Offers or discount codes (if any) are included in the total initial tuition fee and will be refunded accordingly based on the actual value paid.<\/p>

5. Inappropriate or aggressive behavior:<\/strong><\/h4>

\u2022 In the event of a student's aggressive behavior or violation of the code of conduct with the instructor, the student may be removed from the course. There are no refunds in these cases.<\/p>

6. Minimum number of lessons to qualify for a refund:<\/strong><\/h4>

\u2022 Refunds are only applicable for courses of 3 sessions or more.<\/p>

\u2022 Courses with only 1 or 2 lessons will not be eligible for refund.<\/p>
