• Students must submit refund requests within 48 hours of payment.
• Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
• Life Coach Base Course – General Psychology: Refunds are available if request is submitted before the start of Lesson 4
• Teaching Courses: Refunds are available if the request is submitted within 24 hours of attending the first lesson with the instructor.
• Log into your account and fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
• Refunds will be issued only o a Vietnam-based bank account.
• The account receiving the refund must be the account used to make the original payment.
• User may be contacted/called to confirm refund.
• The refund amount is equivalent to the tuition fee originally paid.
• Offers or discount codes (if any) are included in the total initial tuition fee and will be refunded accordingly based on the actual value paid.
• In the event of learners who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, violate the or negatively impact the learning environment may be removed from the course without eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds apply only to courses with 03 sessions or more.
• Courses with only 1 or 2 lessons will not be eligible for refund.
Once your refund request has been approved, it will be processed within 3 to 4 business days from the time the request is received. Please allow time for the funds to be returned to the same Vietnam-based bank account used for the original payment.
